Cancellation Policy

We try to be as flexible as possible when dealing with courses. You are free to schedule and reschedule your course up to 24 hours prior to the start of the class. This fee is to help compensate the time spent prepping your equipment for the class, which typically starts the evening before. 30 minutes before the course begins, should you cancel or no show you will be charged the full amount for the course. At that point in time your instructor is locked in, and the pool entry fee has been paid. We are unable to offer cancelations later than 30 minutes prior to the course.
